In this 2 hour workshop, you will be guided into an intuitive and peaceful hath Yoga flows with Lucy Proud, blended with sacred wisdom and meditation, followed by deep rest and the healing acoustic sounds of Simon favorite to bring balance, stillness and internal awareness to the self. She teaches hath Yoga from the northern Indian and Tibetan lineage, which weaves breath, movement, safe and meditation together with the philosophies and wisdom of life and sacred living, in order to bring understanding and mastery of our physical and spiritual energies, cultivate balance and bring healing to the entire being. Inspired by nature and its flow of life, Lucy believes all health and well being arises from our aptitude to link with our correct inner nature of intuition, knowing and ingenious flow, which in our natural state is Peace. Yin is a super slowed down practice that incorporates lengthy holds in floor based postures while cultivating aware awareness. Expect to feel deeply relaxed and nourished. Yoga was originally taught oneonone where an experienced teacher would carefully assess each students needs, wants and limitations and create a unique, personalized yoga practice to specifically move the student towards a goal. Depending on your needs and desires, we have 3 different types of yoga teachers to choose from, when booking your oneonone yoga experience. We advocate booking your private yoga sessions with a Senior Teacher if you want to go deeper into the teachings of yoga, and explore the more subtle practices of yoga not commonly taught in a group setting. Our Junior Yoga Teachers are all competent with a minimum 200 HR teacher training and have continued to scrutinize and mentor with our senior teachers.
